Mistakes can always happen and that is why products can be returned within 14 days (excluding articles on promotion).
The articles must be unused and undamaged and have to have the original packaging and labelrs.
Send a mail before returning to firstname.lastname@example.org and state the following:
- That you wish to return the article,
- The reason,
- If needed the replacement that you wish to receive,
- The number of the invoice in which the article has been invoiced.
You will receive a return number by email, this number must be noted on the outside of the shipment. Shipments without the return number will not be accepted.
You will receive a creditnote. If we made a mistake, we will also credit the shipment expenses and send you the new shipment free of charge.
In case you need specific advice regarding sizes, fabric, Personal Protection Materials or do you have co-workers that need to try and fit the goods, please email to email@example.com. Our nearest dealer will contact you.

Sometimes goods are temporarily not on stock. In that case we can hold the missing items in back-order. When the goods arrive they are shipped to you immediately without additional expenses. For the calculation of the shipping expenses we only look at the original order, the shipping of the back order is for our expense.
